Milk Barfi Cake
This is a beautiful, delicious, soft, airy poundcake with a milk-latte flavor base — but the cream is the dominant, more prominent burst of flavor in your mouth. This heavenly cake is topped with a buttery caramel BARFI made from pure milk and a little bit of sweetened brown sugar to give it that caramel texture, and it’s drizzled generously with shredded coconut.
 
I wanted to do a combination between Eastern and Western desserts and create something unforgettable. I have another version of this in carrot, and I use carrot HALWA on top as the frosting.
WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE IT. It’s going to make you sing the “MMMMMMMMmmmmm” song.
 
This is a big cake — chunky, full, and every slice is a generous serving. These are so decadent and moist, it will make your mouth water the moment you take that first bite. You don’t need any other topping on this.

The eggs in these cakes… the butter I use… the milk I use… every single ingredient comes from our own farms. I have raised these chickens since they were babies. I do not use soy or any artificial ingredients — not even in their feed.
 
We are deeply mindful of where our food comes from and what goes into it. We do not have any middleman vendor. We are the ones who manufacture, supply, produce, and ship. Everything is done right here in the United States of America — in FLORIDA.
 
We do not mess with our food.

I can substitute the flour with almond flour or pistachio flour, and there are so many ways to make this an even healthier treat for you and your family. I believe in the core ethics of cooking and baking — that my products should be long-term beneficial to you, not just a quick way of making money.
 
I started this business to spread awareness: that we CAN have clean, healthy treats without worrying about our long-term health. We do not use regular tap water. We use spring water, Himalayan pink salt, brown sugar, honey — and any ingredient can be replaced or excluded because we bake everything from scratch using our old traditional recipes.
 
We use real butter and real organic olive oil in all our foods.
We are completely against Red 40, heavy toxic chemicals, or words that pretend to be “ingredients” but are actually detrimental to long-term health.
We are mindful creators — artists of food — the kind of food that God put on Earth to heal your soul.
 
This is AN EXPERIENCE.
You can order the whole cake, freeze it, and thaw it as you serve it. It comes pre-cut with wax paper, frozen with a cold pack (included in the shipping). And when I make my pistachio cakes — I am using 95% real pistachios that I grind into flour right in front of your eyes. I’m not going out there and buying pistachio flour.
