1. Almond Flour Vanilla Cake

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 25-30 mins

Total Time: 40 mins

Ingredients:

- 2 cups almond flour

- 4 eggs

- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey

- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 tsp baking powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla.

Add almond flour and baking powder. Mix well.

Pour into a greased 8-inch cake pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
